The auric field, also referred to as our pranic sheath, is our first contact with the realm of unseen energies that are always present in each moment. It is also the field that allows our intuition to pick up on the subtle call of people, places or situations that will benefit us in some way. Increasing the auric field also provides an added layer of defense against lower vibrational energies that can drain the vital forces that provide us with our health, energy and power. During this forty-five-minute meditation, we will focus on drawing the auric energies out from the physical body into the pranic sheath, then expanding this sheath further and further until it reaches a point where it can be strengthened through the infinite energies of creation already present in this universe and all parallel universes. Any psychic abilities already opened will be improved, as well as the ability to utilize or receive energy via distance healing techniques like reiki or qigong.
