Kundalini is the most powerful form of energy the human body can contain. It is the essence of evolution and has the ability to connect us to the Divine in ways that no other energetic source can. When awakened properly, Kundalini will act as a powerful agent of change, focusing on returning you to the path you were born to travel. At the very tip of our spine is the coccyx bone, the home of the Muladhara chakra. This is where Kundalini resides until it is awakened. Though the energy can awaken on its own, that is something that is extremely rare. A spiritual awakening can occur long before Kundalini even begins to stir, and most people, even those on a deeply spiritual path, may never experience an awakening in this life. The session starts with a detailed description of what Kundalini is and what it does. I never awaken this energy for someone unless they understand what it is they are asking. Once this knowledge is understood, we will enter a meditation together, designed to not only awaken Kundalini, but to help it rise all the way to the Sahasrara chakra located just above the top of our head. As the energy is guided upwards, it becomes more powerful. Clients in the past have found their bodies moving and twitching automatically, speaking in languages they've never learned, or being granted spiritual sight, as well as other phenomena. When the energy reaches the crown chakra, it explodes in a shower of energetic vibrations and opens a portal to experience the Divine through the emotion of pure bliss. Though the video session is set to run one hour in length, it is recommended to set aside at least 2 to 3 hours as this state of nirvana is one that most people remain in for quite some time after. In particular, it is highly advised to not drive a vehicle until the effects of the session have subsided. After the video call ends, I remain in meditation, staying connected to your Kundalini, for at least one hour to ensure this powerful energy returns to a more peaceful, dormant state.
